Rebecca Creek Elementary Home

Welcome to Rebecca Creek Elementary

Dear Rebecca Creek Families,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Rebecca Creek Elementary! We are excited to have you as part of our community, and are looking forward to a wonderful school year.

Rebecca Creek holds a special place in my heart for two reasons. First, I am a true Canyon Lake local, and absolutely love this community and watching it grow. Second, I had the honor of teaching third grade at Rebecca Creek for 11 years since its opening in 2002. In 2013 I left to open Mountain Valley Elementary, and am glad I returned back to my “home” as Principal during the 2018-2019 school year.

Lindsey Painter, is our Assistant Principal. Lindsey has 19 years of educational experience, 15 of those in Comal ISD, and these past 2 years at Rebecca Creek.  She is a wonderful and integral part of our RCES family!

As we begin a new school year, I want to invite you to get involved and be a part of the Rebecca Creek community. Together, we can make this the best year yet! Stay up to date with what is happening at RCES by following me on Twitter @MooreRCES and on Facebook at CISD Rebecca Creek.

I look forward to seeing you all this year and welcoming our new families to Rebecca Creek.

Sincerely,

Wendy Moore
Principal
