Betsy Rudolph - 2nd Grade ELA/Social Studies
Hello! I am Betsy Rudolph. I have been teaching for 31 years.
I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and received a bachelors degree in interdisciplinary studies along with a specialization in early childhood education. I am certified to teach prek-6th grade in the great state of Texas. I taught in a private school in the beginning and then moved to teaching in NEISD in San Antonio. I have only taught in Title 1 school and love the challenges that they bring. I have taught every grade from prek-5th and love teaching 2nd the best.
I am married to a wonderful man, named John, who works as a construction manager at TXST. He and I have 5 fur babies: 3 dogs (Cooper, Bella, Ruthie) and 2 cats (Cry Baby, and Reggie). We love to entertain our family and friends at our home out in the country!
We have 3 grown children, and 2 grand babies, (with a new one on the way 2026!) 2 of our children are married to amazing people, so I feel like we have 5 kids!
In my free time I love to spend time with our grand children, sew, read, antique shop, and go to the beach!
I love to teach and the fun of new kiddos each year!
