RCES Campus Instructional Coach
As an instructional coach, I have the privilege of working alongside teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning in our school. My role includes collaborating with teachers to plan engaging lessons, sharing resources and strategies, modeling best practices, and helping analyze student learning so we can meet every child’s needs. I work behind the scenes to ensure our classrooms are places where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to grow. Most importantly, my goal is to partner with teachers so that every hawk at Rebecca Creek has the opportunity to thrive!
